During my internship at GNC, I collaborated with the Store Experience team to specialize in space planning. I gained hands-on experience with JDA and Citrix, optimizing retail layouts to enhance customer experiences. A key project involved designing mobile store fixtures and leading the planogramming, merchandising, and 3D renderings for "good, better, and best" store models.

Interior Design Intern
Yeager Design and Interiors

During my internship at Yeager, I refined my interior design skills through daily independent and team-based projects. I redesigned the showroom using a mix of inventory to boost sales and improve customer satisfaction. I also created detailed spec sheets for client consultations, laying the foundation for future home renovations, and brought designs to life by installing furniture in client homes, delivering results that exceeded expectations.
In addition to design work, I increased social media engagement, strengthening the brand's image and driving showroom foot traffic. This experience gave me hands-on expertise in design, marketing, and creating spaces that truly resonate with clients.

Operations Intern

While working at the Hyatt, I gained a deeper understanding of guest experiences and front-of-house operations. My responsibilities included assisting in daily operations such as front desk management, guest services, and room inventory management. I supported the planning and execution of hotel events and activities, contributing to seamless guest experiences.
I collaborated with various departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage, to ensure smooth communication and coordination of tasks. Additionally, I conducted research and analyzed industry trends and guest feedback, providing valuable insights to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
